Leadership is about guiding and impacting outcomes, enabling groups of people to work together to accomplish what they couldn’t do working individually. It’s the ability to translate vision into reality.

Heath is an incredible gem of a City that has enormous potential to become even better, but we need to engage our citizens, stakeholders and subject matter experts to help create solutions for the challenges we face with water, infrastructure, development and the regional impact from decisions outside of our City.
